By booking or using services provided by Loyal T. Cartherine's Transportation LLC (“Company”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Loyal T. Cartherine's Transportation LLC provides local transportation services for medical supplies (non-hazardous), event equipment, retail goods, and other approved commercial items throughout Baltimore and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

A signed Service Agreement is required before any transportation services are performed. Clients must provide accurate details regarding pickup and delivery locations, item descriptions, and any special handling requirements at the time of booking.

Clients are responsible for ensuring all goods are properly packaged and ready at the scheduled pickup time. The Company is not liable for damage resulting from improper packaging, pre-existing damage, or failure to disclose fragile or high-value items.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by such conditions.

Pricing is based on service type, distance, time, and any additional services requested. Additional fees may apply for extended waiting time, additional stops, or last-minute changes. Payment terms will be confirmed at booking.

The Company reserves the right to refuse service for hazardous materials, unsafe conditions, or incomplete booking information.
